What is your Return Policy?

At Feather and Fable Thrift Company, we are dedicated to offering affordable, high-quality thrifted pieces that have been thoroughly inspected before sale. As a result, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may arise and encourage you to reach out to us with any concerns regarding your order. We are committed to working with you to find a solution that meets your needs, as transparency, authenticity, and communication are at the core of our business.

Can you explain your condition category Tags?

New With Tags

Brand new item with original tags attached. Never worn and in pristine condition.


Like New

Item is in excellent condition with little to no visible signs of wear. Carefully maintained and looks nearly new.


Gently Loved

Item shows light signs of wear consistent with gentle use, while remaining in great overall condition with plenty of life left.


Well Loved

Item has visible signs of wear or age that reflect its character and history, while still being wearable, functional, and thoughtfully curated.


Please Note

We do our best to photograph and describe each item as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on individual monitor, phone, and screen settings.



Do you deliver or offer local pick up?

You bet we offer local delivery! If you're in Nanaimo, BC, and your order is over $40, delivery's on us, woo-hoo! For orders below $40, we ask for a small $5 delivery fee to help us keep things running smoothly. Just a heads-up, we'll leave your package at your doorstep, and if you have any special requests, let us know ahead of time so we can work our magic and confirm your request.

If you're outside the city limits, no worries, let's chat about other ways to get your order to you. We don't currently have local pick-up available at this time.

 We are looking to add secure pick up location...so stay tuned!


Are your items cleaned or sanitized before being sold?

 You bet! We steam clean everything before packaging, so you can shop with peace of mind.


How often do you refresh your stock?

At least once a week, with a goal to eventually add items daily! We make sure to keep stock coming in to ensure we have enough fresh product to go around!


Can I sell or consign my gently loved items with you?

Consignment is currently closed while we tidy up our warehouse, but keep an eye on the CONSIGNMENT tab for updates! We'll let you know as soon as we're ready to welcome your fab finds.


What are your shipping options?

Variety is the spice of life, that's why we let YOU choose the carrier right for you! You'll see your options during the check out process. We ship across Canada & US.
